WHAT CAN IT TELL ME?
CheckMate™ , from SPO Medical Inc., uses pulse refelctance technology for the accurate measurement of your own blood oxygen saturation level and heart pulse rate.
This makes it ideal for effectively monitoring yourself during activities such as:

- Speed Walking and Running

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Unlike traditional "transmission" oximeters, it is the red light and infrared light reflected back from the underside of the fingertip that is measured, thus avoiding the nail area completely. This makes it immune to the problems of false nails or nail varnish which could otherwise cause inaccurate measurements.
This technology also requires far lower intensity light sources, providing unbeatable battery life.
