The 5000 micro is a flow-based handheld spirometer and desktop module, controlled by the powerful and user-friendly EXP'AIR operating system. It features a heated Lilly pneumotachograph and is easily controlled by the operator via the computer interface.

The powerful software with full subject database makes the 5000 micro ideal for intensive and repeated operation, for the measurement of vital capacity and flow-volume manoeuvres on a large number of subjects.

In addition, this unit may be specified with an internal Dosimeter with Prov02 software module or be used in conjunction with the Markos Mefar™ MB3 Dosimeter (details available on request) to form a complete system for Bronchial Provocation studies. The 5000 micro has proved equally popular both as a stand-alone spirometry system and as a valuable addition to Medisoft-equipped laboratories already familiar with Exp'Air software.
