The BCI SpectrO2 range of handheld pulse oximeters has now been discontinued by the manufacturer from sale within Europe and the United Kingdom.

We are therefore no longer able to supply any of these models and recommend as direct replacements the following "BCI-compatible" alternatives: 

• BCI SpectrO2 10 (WW1000EN) > Smartsigns MiniPulse MP1
• BCI SpectrO2 20 (WW1020EN) > Smartsigns MiniPulse MP1
• BCI SpectrO2 30 (WW1030EN) > Smartsigns MiniPulse MP1R
• BCI SpectrO2 30 "COMBO" Package > Smartsigns MiniPulse MP1R

The above MiniPulse models benefit from the same Digital BCI Pulse Oximetry technology found in the SpectrO2 20 & 30; so they're compatible with the same range of BCI "own brand" & BCI-compatible oximetry sensors that so many of our customers have standardised on over the years.

Spare parts and any service support for the SPECTRO™ 2 Patient Monitors will continue to be available until March 2028, subject to ICU Medical’s ability to source parts and components.
