First Impressions.....For such a stylish device, we were mightily impressed with just how practical and easy to use this vital signs monitor really is!

It feels rugged and sturdy, yet weighs less than 2kg!

The sturdy grab handle and convenient rear storage trough (for keeping the cuff and sensor stored safely away when not in use) makes the MD2000C both practical and truly portable.

Measurements are quick to obtain and really easy-to-view with large colour-coded numbers on the bright, clear 7" screen.

General Overview.....Quick and intuitive controls with 3 simple direct function buttons for the most often used functions: On/Off, Alarm Silence & Start NIBP.

The 4th button provides menu access whilst the rotate/push menu knob allows easy navigation of the various sub-menus and functions.

Equally suited to spot checks in clinic and on ward rounds using the in-built Lithium Battery as it is for continuous monitoring at the bedside via the UK mains adaptor.

How does it work.....Clever oscillometric method obtains systolic, diastolic & MAP non-invasive blood pressure measurements in 60 seconds as the cuff inflates.

The optional CFT-308 Infrared Thermometer pairs to the monitor via Bluetooth to provide instant visibility of temperature measurements taken in "no touch" mode using the centre of the patient's forehead.

End Tidal CO2 & Respiration Rate monitoring can be provided via the optional Sidestream Capnography module. Details & specifications available upon request.

Accessories & Consumables.....Supplied with both Adult & Child sized cuffs, together with a reusable Finger Clip sensor for Adults and older Children (>40kg).

A selection of Reusable and Disposable Oximetry Sensors is available at extra cost to suit the needs of particular patients (e.g. Clip-On Sensor for Paediatrics weighing 10-50kg or Soft Silicon Sensors for extra comfort).
